We'll be open tomorrow (Christmas Eve Day) our regular hours: Noon to 7 PM, but closed on Sunday, Christmas Day.
We'll resume our current hours - Noon to 7 PM Wednesday through Sunday - until the new year.
After 1/1/12 we'll just be open Noon to 7 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and for classes. That's the plan for now; I'll let you know here if it changes. Thanks for stopping by!
Klinger Studios, located at Nine Pines in Yellow Springs, OH, has hosted art classes and events and we hope to do more in the future. For comments and questions - go to "About Us" or email cklinger333@gmail.com. I suppose we will be on facebook too at some point. So stay safe, stay tuned and stay in touch. Thanks for visiting!

Klingers in the News
Thank you Yellow Springs News for the nice story you did on our current show: Flora and Fauna, Recent Work of James and Christine Klinger. I put a link to the online version on the right. Hope you can see the show while it's up. Jim will have to take many of his pieces with him to Florida next month, but I'll get to keep some, and mine too, of course. Come visit!

We have a "bar code!"
As if modern technology weren't amazing enough - I just learned that there is a way for anyone/anywhere to find anyone (or any business) by scanning our bar codes! I made one for the gallery for a hoot - and posted it on the top right of this site. It's called a QR code, and if you have the button downloaded to your droid phone (or whatever high-tech version you have) - you can scan these QR codes (that we design) to get info. or a link to the site of any participants - businesses or individuals. Whooooaaa!

Flora and Fauna Show

SPRINGS GALLERY PRESENTS JAMES AND CHRISTINE KLINGER
Springs Gallery is pleased to present the raku ceramic art of James Klinger, and the oil and acrylic paintings of Christine Klinger. The exhibit, titled, “Flora and Fauna — Recent Works of James and Christine Klinger” runs December 16 through February 16, 2012, with an opening reception Friday, December 16 from 6 to 9 pm. The reception coincides with Yellow Springs’ monthly “Third Friday Fling in the Springs,” with later gallery and shop hours, live music, and other festivities throughout the Village. Both the exhibit and the reception are free and open to the public.
James Klinger, of Yellow Springs, has been working in clay since 1976. He is known for his striking pottery, sculpture, and wall art fired in the raku tradition. His sculptures often depict and honor the animal and plant realms. James shows and sells his work at art festivals and fine art galleries throughout the United States, including Springs Gallery in Yellow Springs.
Christine Klinger, of Yellow Springs, has been painting nature themes and images in oils and acrylics since 2006. Most recently she has been creating expressionistic landscapes and florals. Christine exhibits and sells her artwork in local galleries including Springs Gallery in Yellow Springs. Christine is the owner of Springs Gallery.
